• Own and manage HR procedures, plans and strategy. Ensure documents are developed, maintained and effectively applied in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to labor, safety and environment.
• Ensure administrative HR processes are coordinated, kept up to date and
executed accurately and on time. These processes include (not exhaustive):
• Payroll – Payroll executed correctly, on time.
• INSS submitted and processed correctly, on time.
• Job Descriptions and Org Chart up to date.
• Titles and positions aligned to employment contracts and job grades
• Internal regulations up to date and correctly notified
• Hours of work aligned to business needs, compliant
• Pre-start or routine medicals arranged and completed
• Leave and timesheet accounting systems in place and kept up to date.
• Disciplinary procedures in place, with disciplinary matters handled effectively and in compliance with labor requirements.
• Work with SHEQ Officer to maintain a program for zero Alcohol and Drug abuse within the Depot including specifying when testing (random, pre-start and ‘for cause’) is to occur, and ensuring compliant arrangements for testing and handling of results.
